About the role

The Role:
Responsible for assisting co-ordination between Sales, Marketing & Branding teams to drive digital sales and optimise eCommerce and Digital Marketing. Play a key role in the digital growth of Surpas, and Trimtex B2B & B2C by helping to improve our customer experience and engagement, website performance, generate marketing creative and campaigns and increase lead generation, traffic and conversions.


Tasks:

  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination with external marketing agency
  • Responsible for day – to - day running, implementation, optimisation and analysis of internal digital marketing accounts (Facebook & Google ads)
  • Build and implement website content and campaign landing pages
  • Provide monthly performance data on content and campaigns
  • Support Sales & Marketing in delivering seasonal promotional campaigns and price amendments across the website (in line with the company trading plan)
  • Support B2B salesmen with campaign creation and management of associated systems (ie Klayvio & SuperSend)
  • Assist with Ecomm tasks relating to inventory management, metafields, Shopify flows, cookie management and product attribute
  • Support on website design and development projects

Desired qualifications/experience:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience is desirable
  • Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized with good communication skills
  • Good Norwegian and English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google ads & Facebook ads is desirable
  • Experience with content creation
  • Passion for sport is desirable

The role will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce and the position is located at our head office in Lillesand.

The title of assistant or coordinator will be decided based on the successful candidate credentials and experience
