These elastic knee warmers are brilliant to use when it's too hot with long cycling pants but too cold with just shorts. They can easily be carried in the back pocket of the cycling jersey or in the bag when you are out and about. The knee warmers are made of a stretchy material and have a lined inside. There is silicone on the inside at the top so that they sit in place during the bike ride. We recommend that you choose the same size for the knee warmers as you would for cycling shorts.
The knee warmers have a normal fit, which means that they should sit looser on the body and not feel restrictive in any way.
